We were intrigued when we came across the American Honey Flight ($72 USD), honey produced by Artisanal Beekeepers who mysteriously and wonderfully compel honey bees to frequent one kind of flower. The distinct flavors reflect the botanical landscape of a place -- Maine Blueberry, Washington Buckwheat, Wisconsin Cranberry, are just a few examples.
